For those who are waiting for the "Fantasia Anthology" from MovieSource.com (like me), I just phoned them up and the representative said (who was rather short with me) said that they just received their shipment in today. I had e-mailed them on Monday to ask when they expected to ship this title, and got a response that said Disney were late again sending them their supply. I saw somewhere else on this newsboard where someone else got the same response. And another person said it sounded like a shady answer. Anyway, the guy asks for my order number. Said, "Hold please" (never a good sign) came back and said "You should have received an e-mail about this already". I said "Um, yes I did. Three days ago. I just wanted to know if you have an idea when to expect this title?" What's with the attitude of phone reps these days? I was very pleasant to this person. I just wanted to know if my order would be delayed. If so, I would go out and buy the damn thing that's available everywhere BUT moviesource.com. So the movie apparently is in stock and hopefully I'll have soon.

I got mine from moviesource.com today (finally). It's missing the extra f2k commemorative booklet, though. And, the case was broken for the Fantasia disc. Suck.

Anyone know what/how moviesource.com's return policy is? And what about its quality?

Thanks,
Garrett
