Has anyone been able to get Amazon to re-store a gift certificate code? I placed one into my account, intending to use it at a later date. I checked my account today and the code is gone! Anyone offer any suggestions? By the way, the gift certificate code came from Echo.com. I have sent Amazon and Echo emails, but to no avail.
Help!!

Hm, may have something to do with their temporary closure. They seem to have technical difficulties...

if it is a promo gc, it should still be in your account, albeit the fact that it does not show up unless you put something in your shopping cart and are ready to check-out!
try it, put something in your cart and go on to check-out, the step before last it should
show you that you have xxxdollars as a gc or
credit in your account and if you proceed with the order, system will automatically apply this credit to your purchase!
