for all the problems we've had with amazon, you have to admit that they're usually quick with a buck to solve any problem. I preordered MI:2 and never got it, and when I wrote to complain, they gave it to me free. I never got that before! Here's the reply:

Nice, as much as I love to rag on them, once they acknowledge their mistake, they'll move to correct it very quickly. It's the acknowledging part that takes forever.

I ordered a Big Screen Tv from them 3 weeks ago, thanks, to Freeride, Echo and Jaboom, some how shipping was delayed and they credited me 5% back for my troubles.
