It will be hard to beat Fresh for me as one of his best roles.

Indeed this is the best work Stan has done.
I really loved most of the film but the ending lost me a bit.
It would make an interest thematic double feature with The Substance.

I really like this a lot. This is why I go to the movies or in this case watch it at home..
The script was great. The performances were great. And I did not expect the ending or some of the things that happened in it don’t wanna spoil anything.
If you like independent film or those smaller movies that kind of become popular this is for you.
Stan is good and the guy who plays Oswald (Adam Pearson) is excellent.
The Apprentice and A Different Man make this one hell of a 2024 for Sebastian Stan.
highly recommended film

Well, that was . . . interesting.
Adam Pearson was in Under the Skin. I was pretty certain I recognized him, but then thought that he was a different actor in prosthetics and not him. When he is first introduced, his face seems to "wobble" and I thought for sure that it was make up. Boy, I feel like a fool.
Sebastian Stan was amazing while under the make up. After he came out of the make up . . . well the character was less interesting. I know that was the whole point, but it made it tough for me to continue to care about the character after that, especially with the sudden time jump.
I guess I didn't understand why he leaned into the "he's dead" avenue.
I wish they had leaned into the weird a bit more, as there was plenty of it under the . . . skin.

This was pretty good though hard to watch in the beginning and how badly he was treated though

That was the rub. He felt he was being slighted, so when he became "like everybody else" he became a nobody.

With that face he was bound to take more unjust abuse than people that don't have that condition and Ingrid freaked out at first when she first saw him in the building but I see your point.
