Update on $23 BestBuy Dusk Till Dawn Collection

Check your status if you didn't receive it yet.
After making an order last night I noticed the $23 From Dusk Till Dawn Collection error that I had reordered throught a CSR last month was cancelled. I called and they told me that orders waiting for stock for over about 21 days get automatically cancelled.
The very cooperative CSR reordered and sent in a credit to their credit dept at the same time. I have order and credit confirmation e-mails and it's in stock with free shipping! Now if they don't figure out something else to mess up...

I got mine last week. I also took back the 2 disc set that they sent me by mistake.

Damn. I just remembered I haven't returned my 2-disc set yet and noticed they have a 30 day return policy which has passed. How strict is BestBuy's return policy considering this is their screw up and the item is still shrink wrapped? I think I'll be okay, but I want to be prepared if needed.
Another damn. Checked my CC account and I've been charged the $60+ for the reshipped item (a week ago) but don't see a credit yet.
Guess I need to call them tomorrow...

Amazingly, (I was skeptical), my credit card was credited around $40 two days after my credit card was charged for the box set. I only found this out because I called them -- no email.

I had the same problem! So I called them and placed another order. I received my set this past SATURDAY and they did credit my card for $37.00 like they said they would. FREE SHIPPING KICKS ASS!
