Apparently this screened at SXSW in Austin and people enjoyed it. Scott Mantz is there and liked it.

I loved Crazy Rich Asians but didn't laugh once during that trailer. I'm gonna pass on this one.

I won't watch anymore trailers for this. Don't want the comedy to be ruined. I already have my ticket reserved for July 5th. I heard the humor in this is pretty filthy. This got a ton of positive buzz from CinemaCon when it screened there recently.

Early screenings for this start tomorrow at 7pm.

I run some advanced screenings for a media company in my area. I've seen it twice already. It's a decent movie and the crowd at each screening seemed to enjoy it and laughed quite often during the showings. It isn't one I'd personally pay to see in the theater, but most won't be dissappointed with the movie.

This movie was awesome. So fucking funny. 
The 4 ladies, especially Ashley Park and Sherry Cola were hilarious. It’s hard R and gets very naughty. There are some wild hijinks. I can’t spoil anything. Stephanie Hsu was also hilarious as one of the supporting characters. Probably my favorite comedy in the last couple of years. The preview showing tonight was loving it. And the best parts weren’t even in the trailer.

I'll also add that I was surprised at the amount the script delved into the Asian diaspora, which was very much appreciated.

The movie is sort of overrated. Don't get me wrong, there's a handful of good laughs in this, but there's not a whole lot of story. I actually found the less raunchy NO HARD FEELINGS a better film overall. JOY RIDE is kind of like a female version of THE HANGOVER, but not quite as good. It's more a series of over-the-top skits than an actual movie.

I saw this today. I am hard on comedies. Being amusing and making me smile does not cut it. This movies is a good comedy. It is funny.

As a Taiwanese eating a bowl of Lindor chocolates that my mom gave me, this got a lot of cultural references obviously right.

I'll pass on the digital. I'll get it when it hits BD. Doubtful this gets a 4K release. Not the kind of movie that needs one.
I was hoping this would be a sleeper hit of the summer. But, I guess this kind of raunchy comedy just doesn't resonate with mass audiences.
