I saw this during Tribeca and it was great. It's a mash up horror, comedy, whodunit, and social commentary. Like The Thing, Knives Out, and Edgar Wright had baby.
It's also based on a video game.

This was actually playing at 1 theatre near me, not an AMC, but super close. So I decided to check it out today due to the positive word of mouth. It was pretty fun. A pretty clever horror-comedy whodunnit. Richardson was great as was Miana. And they had a fun assortment of quirky characters. I would recommend this. It comes out on VOD next week for those who don't have a theater showing it near them.
Funny thing to mention, when I was watching it, I was hearing a weird growling noise. I thought...WTF? Was that some kind of audio effect? Turns out some dude in the row behind was completely out asleep snoring
He didn't wake up until there was like 30 minutes left and walked out. I guess he didn't like the movie.

It's strange that this movie has twelve stars listed at the top of the poster who I've never heard of, or at least can't match a face to their names.

Sam Richardson, the black man in the poster, was on Veep as a recurring character. Cheyenne Jackson was on 30 Rock.

It's like an Agatha Christie cozy mystery parody with a werewolf. Honestly, I expected it to be better. It wasn't great, but worth watching once.

I probably liked it a bit more than you but it is worth watching once. I enjoyed it for what it was. I liked how quirky it was and that stuff usually drives me nuts.
