Images won't upload. They upload to about 50% and then show message that the image cannot be uploaded.

I uploaded several to the Political Cartoon thread this morning... no problems.

This is what I get every time. Ramps to 50% and then this notice.



I am using Chrome on Android Moto Z2 Force Edition.

Well you got that one working. How big is the image you were originally trying to upload?

Seems like screenshots upload but images taken with my camera do not. I used to be able to upload either. Here is the details of the image that I used to test that triggered the error that I posted.




Keep in mind that screenshots on my phone are PNG while the picture files are JPG. Not sure if that has any effect on the uploader.

Is it pic size? If so is it dimensions or file size?

OK yeah, looking like file size limit is 2MB. Dimensions should automatically re-size to fit.

Could the error message be updated to state what issue causes the error? That way we know what needs to change to allow the upload.
