I've got a basket full of stuff I'm trying to purchase. Its over 100 GBP. For purchases over 100 GBP they have a code "BIGSPENDERZ" which knocks off 10 pounds. I used the code and it showed the discount, but for unrelated reasons I didn't attempt to complete the purchase until the next day, when I did, the code no longer worked. So I emailed Zavvi and explained that it would not work and their response was:

I obtained the code from a coupon website, but would very much like to be able to use it. So if there is anyone here familiar with Zavvi, what is the right answer to this question? Any advice on what my answer should be, how people usually get this coupon, or am I just screwed?
