Burn Notice Season 1 DVD Problem

I recently bought Burn Notice Season 1 from Amazon (one of their Black Friday lightning deals). When I go to place it in my PS3, my system begins to make a loud buzzing type noise. This however does not happen to any other DVD or Bluray so its not a system problem.

When I place Burn Notice in my MacBook it makes a similar noticeable noise as it did in my PS3. I tried both Disc 1 and 2, both load fine but for some reason cause my DVD players to make a noticeable noise.

The discs are spotless - has anyone ever experienced something like this?

If I were to contact Amazon for an exchange, would that be a solution worth trying? I never had an issue like this before where a disc makes a drive act up.

Re: Burn Notice Season 1 DVD Problem

I've had several dvds like this. I've thought that either the disc is slightly thicker than normal and doesn't balance right in the player or that it's slightly "woogedy" warped like records can get sometimes. Sort of wavy. Since it doesn't sit right in the player, it's off balance. I don't know if this is what's really wrong, but it's just what I came up with.
