I love to "discover" new (or new to me music), and one of the best ways is to branch out from other bands that have caught my attention. So let's share some lesser-known bands. The rules are easy. Take a lesser-known band and compare their sound to a better-known so others who like the better-known can check out the lesser-known.



If you like The Wallflowers (or solo Jakob Dylan), you should check out Cory Chisel and the Wandering Sons. Start with "Death Won't Send a Letter." It's got that folk-rock sound, heavy on the acoustic guitar with some fantastic vocals and excellent lyrics. If you are Dylan fan, you will not be disappointed.
