Trying to find a title of a movie.

Possibly from the 70s

Guy abducts woman in a van, has her at his home, has a scene where she is locked in bathroom upstairs, people come, she turns the water on to try to signal, he stops her.

At end, she escapes but is sick, he catches her before she gets away.

End has the man pulling up in the van by another woman.

While I have not seen the film you are describing, the plot elements remind me somewhat of the John Fowles novel The Collector. Sure enough, it had been made into a film in the 60s (starring a very young Terence Stamp):
