What would you rather see: Yes Man or Ace Ventura 3?
Yes Man looks like crap to me, another lame Jim Carrey comedy with no edge. So, Jim, if you are reading this, how about instead of making another unfunny comedy (ala dick and jane), you give a gift to the fans and do another Ace. Sounds like a plan to me.

They already made Ace Ventura 3. It stars a little kid playing Ace when he was younger. It hasn't come out yet.

Yes Man looks like Liar, Liar for teenagers. I would rather see Jim Carrey do something along the lines of Eternal Sunshine or Truman Show than revisiting an infantile franchise that I would have thought he'd long outgrown. A middle aged man talking with his butt isn't funny, it's sad.

Yes Man. The Jim Carrey that played Ace Ventura died years ago. I can't even imagine Carrey doing another Ace flick.

Yes Man for sure... Ace 2 sucked and I think a third (with Carrey) would just tarnish the first one even further...plus I'm not sure if that schtick still works (hello Mike Myers).

I think both Ace Ventura movies are pretty funny and I'd certainly prefer to see a third movie with Carrey than the Jr. crap they're doing instead (I like how this concept already failed miserably with Dumb and Dumberer and Son of the Mask but they forge ahead regardless).
But I think Yes Man looks amusing. Maybe not hilarious, but I guess I felt like, looking at the trailer, Jim was putting his back into it a little. When I saw Fun With Dick and Jane I was annoyed at how much it felt condescending or like he was merely placating those who like to see him do wacky comedies, but then on the flipside, his performance in Horton Hears a Who stank a little of desperation (I imagine the failure of The Number 23 sent him back to the drawing board). Yes Man seems like a middle ground, where he's willing to commit and commit genuinely but isn't overly desperate for it to be appreciated. Plus, Zooey Deschanel is in it.
They need to make a Cable Guy Special Edition DVD though. That's the number one thing I'd like to see Jim Carrey do, ever.

I knew who posted this as soon as I was reading the title.
Answer: Neither. When Nature Calls is one of the unfunniest comedies I've ever had to sit through at a theater.

I shouldn't complain that for "Ace 2" they took him someplace else instead of doing the first movie all over again, but taking him away from Miami (IMO) hurt the movie most.
Then again, there probably wasn't really a need for an "Ace 2".

I agree that Ace 2 is a disappointment compared to the first, but if Carrey could retain the magic of the original, I would be ecstatic! I will say this in defense of Ace 2, the rhino birth scene is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Too bad the rest of the movie isn't that good.

I think Carrey should give up trying to be the comedic actor he was (Ace Ventura, Liar Liar etc) and focus more on dramatic roles. I think he excelled in Truman Show and Eternal Sunshine. Sure there were some misses there too (The Majestic, Number 23) but if he's given a good script and a good character I think he can do a good job, instead of doing the same tired comedy routine and getting shit for it because it's not up to par with Dumb and Dumber.
But to answer your question, I'd rather see Liar Liar 2... errr... Yes Man.
