How fragile is a plasma screen?
I just kinda got used to cleaning my old CRT when the cats started clawing at it, but I'm a little more protective of the plasma. Minor smudges I can handle, but I'm worried about their sharp claws permanently damaging the screen.

But like a CRT, a Plasma screen is a piece of glass as well, so it's like a window. A highly polished, vitally important window, but you get the idea. Probably not as thick as a CRT screen would be though. The only real concern would be if you had an LCD. If anything clawed at an LCD screen, well you'd be replacing the TV and possibly the animal responsible, depending on your temper at the time of destruction

Have a nice little session with teh kittehz on not using their claws on daddehz shiny new plasma. Punishment will be de-clawing and Scotch Tape to the hind quarters.
