So I Finally Saw:Masaki Kobayashi-HARAKIRI

Right off the bat this flim is Flawless-Perfect and I would say it on par with Kurosawa's Seven Samurai for flim greatest.
I loved Tatsuya Nakadail (from RAN) and the other actors were just fantasic.
Well enough from me anyone else feel the same way about this movie?
And I love watching Samurai Rebellion.

But now should I see Masaki Kobayashi Kwaidan (Ghost Stories)?

I was really impressed with the film. Probably my favorite samurai flick and a masterpiece in its own right.

Kwaidan is awesome. Make sure you check out the uncut version (Criterion version is cut)

Awesome movie. The scene where the samurai has to commit harikiri with a dull blade is a classic. Heck, the whole movie's a classic.
