Ever wish that a certain band or musician would come back and make music again? Even more-so than the others you've liked? Who do you miss the most at this moment?

I have no idea where this impulse is coming from, but right now, I'm really wishing I could hear more new music from Tears for Fears.

Also, Alice in Chains. I miss that crazy harmonization that happened between Stayley & Cantrell.

I miss the Boo Radley's - Martin Carr's solo albums never really replicated the Radley's trademark fuzzy pop sound.

Every time I listen to Catherine Wheel, it makes me incredibly sad that they're gone and that it ended how it did. If I could wish one band back into existence, it would be them.

I also miss the fact that I don't think I'll ever see The Bluetones, Daft Punk or my personal fave, The Egg in concert.

I'm sure there are musicians I miss whose names don't begin with the letter J, but I can't think of any right now.

Th La's would have been excellent to follow as they developed.

My Bloody Valentine just disappeared without a trace.

Slint is probably getting back together, but it's a case of being too late at this point.

That band was incredible live. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

Urge Overkill with all the original members -- Nash Kato, King Roeser, and Blackie O.

I'd have to second Jeff Buckley and Elliott Smith.

And although it's not Layne, Alice in Chains still puts on a hell of a show. Saw them on Halloween, and they blew the roof off.

Kirsty MacColl and Grant McLennan. I can hardly listen to their music anymore without feeling sadness that there will be no more. These two never stopped recording great music while they were alive which made their passing that much worse.

The harmonization is what I like most about AiC.
