Looks like it goes just by the card number. Both of my cards, as well as my virtual paypal number are already on my other account. I logged in to my account and deleted one of them but I still couldn't use it on the new one.

Yeah, they already had my email filled in when I went to the link and still gave me the fields to fill in for a credit card, so I put one of the many I have but never use, and it took me to a page to spend it. Not that I have anything in mind at the moment. Any good $10 DVD deals currently?

Where does the additional -$10.00 come in? How do I add it to the order? Do I have to clear my cookies?

Maybe Google is able to tell who you are from your ip address.

There is only one $10.00 discount and you got it. The $10 off $10 isn't stackable with the $10 off $30, it's to be used instead (in case your purchase doesn't come to $30).
