After reading the Official Xbox Magazine Review for Rainbow Six:Vegas I got a little excited for it. 4 Player Co-Op? 16 Players on Live? Sounds Kick-Ass. Anyone else here gonna get it? I'd like to go co-op with some DVDTalkers. So anybody except for me getting it?

I'm getting it for sure. Co-op on Gears has been so much fun I can't wait to do it on this too. Plus the demo was pretty damn good.

This is the only other 360 game I'm interested in purchasing for awhile. I figured it was going to get lost in the GoW/COD3/PS3/Wii madness. I'm excited for the fact that there's supposed to be more co-op missions in this game than there was in GRAW, which was my favorite feature in that game.

Plus, I wanna try the face-mapping feature.

Yep I'll fight next to you. The whole reason why I'm buying it is because of co-op. If it was just single player I would not bother.

I heard the game is delayed 1wk, now it's set to come out in December.

I don't think so. Last I read it had gone gold and was still set for a release on the 20th.

I want to get it, but I'll probably wait. Spending a lot of money this month on GoW, GH2, Total War, a Wii and games for it. I will definately pick it up later though. I had fun with the demo.

Since I won't be getting a Wii or PS3 I will be picking this up. I was really impressed with the demo. I hope the co-op is a fun as it is in GoW.

I'll be getting it too, but not exactly sure when. Hopefully right away, but I just blew a bunch of money on COD3, GOW, and an HD-DVD drive.

Hey, L&O, can we get a merge on the Rainbow Six threads?

The PS3 version was delayed; the 360 version is still coming out next week. I plan to get it as I have always enjoyed the Rainbow Six games (except that Lockdown pos).

The face-mapping is actually one of the achievements.

I have it on pre-order from Bestbuy.com and it shows a release of 11/16, so hopefully I will have it by the weekend.

I am getting it for Christmas so I will have to wait a month to play it, but looking forward to online Co-op.

The Demo on the MArketplace really impressed me so I'm going to say yes. I've had Rainbow games before and although I sucked I enjoyed them. I LOVE team games like this. I enjoy having 3 or 4 team mates in games.

4-player co-op? Awesome. Gears's co-op already has me craving more games like that.

i definitely wouldn't mind getting this game, but after buying gears, and getting CoD3, and playing that for only 20 minutes, I would find it hard to justify spending 63 out of pocket. At least for CoD3, i traded in some games I'd never play before.

Yep. Fortunately I snagged Gears & Zelda for nothing but trade in credit, but I will be out the cost of the Wii + accessories, and maybe a couple games.

R6:V sounds hot, but it will go on the Christmas list for now, If I don't get it then, I'm with you. Either cheap on the 'bay or on sale.

I already feel a bit guilty for not playing MORE CoD3. With Phantasy Star FINALLY getting an update of content, coupled with the amazing title that Gears is, my other games seem to be desperate for attension

Definitely. I was thrilled at the Vegas setting, and I loved the demo, even though it doesn't even take place in an active casino/Vegas-y setting.
