No free lunch...or rainchecks
With my enrollment package, I got a raincheck for Welcome To The Dollhouse. It ended up arriving a week later in a separate package, so I figured I had a free raincheck to use.
I called CH today to redeem it. No luck. They imediately recognized that they had already shipped everything. In other words, my hopes of getting a completely free copy of Se7en are shattered.
Anyone else experienced this? Getting a raincheck only to be denied from using it?

Yep I had that happen about a month ago...got a raincheck for An evening with Kevin Smith tried to order Layer Cake. I actually mailed the rain check in a day or two before the orginal movie showed up. A few weeks later I got a denial card in the mail.

Happened to me too, with Spider Forest last week.
Hope no one's really complaining though. It's not like we deserved a free title here; we did receive the original title we ordered as soon as it was in stock again, which then makes the raincheck void.

At least you received all of the movies you originally ordered. They once decided not to send me a copy of Constantine Deluxe (when it was available as an enrollment when I signed up) and instead sent me a raincheck. I didn't agree with what they had done here so I called and complained. They understood my situation but said that they couldnt ship it that way to to their agreement with WB. The lady did however offer me a second raincheck for my troubles. So in the end I did get two movies for not receiving my one selection. I promptly turned around and ordered Harold Lloyd Volumes 1 and 2.
