WebDVD $5 Discount Troubles

I don't know how many times in the past I have tried to log into the /webdvd discount link and when I submit my information it says "I'm Sorry" and to go to log-in or to continue as a guest. I have tried this from home and from work and have the same problem. Most of the time I wind up having to phone in and ask a CSR to credit my account with the $5.

Anyone else experiencing this?

You need to clear out your CH cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you do, then log directly into the webdvd page and it won't be a problem.

Thanks...

But... I cleared all my cookies, deleted the temporary files and cleared the history and still got the same "sorry" page....

What's strange is if I enter the user name with a wrong password I get a message that the password is incorrect... if I put in the correct one I get this...

^Have you, by any chance, already placed an on-line order on that account? The webdvd discount and website can only be used once, on the first web order placed.

Hi
If you have already placed an order online ... you can just email them and let CH know that you accidently used the code or placed an online order without using your 5 off webcoupon and they will give you discount on your order. you can email or call ... I emailed them and it worked for me.
I had placed an order using the webdvd code and then had to cancel it and place a new order so the code of course wouldn't work again so i had to email them and they discounted me the 5 on my new order very nice.
well i hope i helped and didn't confuse you more...

Thanks to everyone!

It was a new account that I hadn't placed an order on. After the first suggestion, I used the internet options to delete my cookies and temp files, but I hadn't cleared the AOL cache. When I did that, the $5 discount finally came up and I was able to use it.
