Funcash Problems
I just recently purchased about 30 discs during the B1G1F and 2 for $14 (glitch) sale and I started using my funcash immediately, because I was afraid they would decide to take them back after discovering the glitch. The day after my purchases I discovered about $69 in funcash and used $66 of it. This seemed like a lot to me, but I just went with it. The following day I showed up to find another $40 extra in funcash. Again I thought it seemed like I was getting more than i should so I took advantage of it.
When all was said and done I had $10 left in funcash and an order using $66 and an order using $43. The $66 order has shipped as ordered, but the $43 order shipped and I was charged about $40. The order history changed from a funcash order to a pending "mail" (usually says web) order. I wrote them about the problem and they responded with, "sorry, $6 has been credited back." I wrote again telling them this is still not right and I'm waiting to hear back, but today I just went to my account again and now the $10 funcash I had left is gone too and no change in the pending order.
Unfortunately, I didn't print the original receipt (not realizing my orders could change in my order history), so i'm going to return the discs if they dont credit me. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
