Today I received a snail mail letter indicating that I had not paid for a two-month old shipment, The Sting: Legacy Series and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: Deluxe. The total was $37.92 which included a $3.00 late fee. However, whenever I order something from CH, I always use a credit card to make a payment, and they always have a credit card of mine on file. So how does this happen? This has actually happened to me on a couple of accounts, but this is the first time it went unnoticed long enough to get a letter. It just amazes me sometimes how incompetent this company is.
