Hate when CH has wrong picture shown.

I know it's the same thing, but I ordered Winged Migration and on their website they list the old cover version.

But they sent the new crappy cover version.

You hate that!

I hate it when the description shows both full/widescreen version of the film and when you order it they send you a full screen version.

This happen to me with:

Casper
Multiplicity
The Fan

I'm scared to order more dvd's with that description.

Ditto with Starman. You just have to accept that CH will usually send you the newest version, now that they've finally realized they can pawn old product onto other online resellers.

These are two of the discs Columbia/Tri-Star decided to remove the widescreen side from and sell as fullscreen-only discs, I believe.

While we're on the subject - for an enrollment package a little while back I received all 7 DVDs as ordered, but upon closer inspection (opening up) the Casino AE WS edition had the FS edition disc inside! No big deal I thought and contacted them via email about it (hate calling them about anything), but after over a week and no reply I called them about it. I also mentioned I had emailed them about it and they made a note of that and said they would send me a prepaid mailing label and the right version. Sure enough when I checked my email later that day I had just received basically the same reply. So, they ended up sending me 2 mailing labels and 2 Casiono AE WS editions. I just wrote refused return to sender on one of them and that was it.
