Swedish Court: Filmmakers vs. TV4 in regards to Commercial Interruptions

This might be interesting to some DVDTalkers:

Swedish court declares that filmmakers have a right to decide whether the film can be interrupted by commercials or not. This based on when TV4 in Sweden decided to air a film with commercial interruptions without the consent of the filmmaker. When the film is being interrupted the cinematic experience is also being influenced that is the art is being interrupted was the case.
