Who else would I like if I love Diane Lane?

I got hooked after Under the Tuscan Sun. I saw The Glass House, Unfaithful, and am now seeing Murder at 1600. I'm making my way though her movies. Who else do you recommend that I would probably like since I like her?

Ever seen The Spitfire Grill? Alison Elliott is pretty good in that movie and she reminded me a lot of Diane Lane for some reason (both have similar features).

It depends on why you like her.

If you think she's unbelievably hot and you'd like to sniff her panties, I'd recommend a Mandy Moore film. She looks so much like a young Diane Lane it's incredible.

If you admire her acting, and the emotional depth she brings to a character, I'd recommend Dame Judi Dench. FYI though, her panties aren't gonna smell anywhere near as good as Mandy's.

Mandy's Panties. Sounds like the title of a coming of age movie, don't it?

Okay... I'm leaving now.

Instead of recommending someone else, I'll recommend two more of her movies. If you haven't seen them you must see Streets of Fire, probably my favorite pure "fun" movie of all time and A Little Romance with a 14 year old Diane Lane, one of the most charming films ever made.

I second Spitfire Grill, but also try to see Cotton Club and Streets of Fire.

That'd be a no I have Ben Affleck, Harrison Ford, Richard Gere, etc for that

I'll have to check her out.

If you like Ben Affleck, there's a chance you may have or have seen Shakespeare in Love, which he had a small part in. Dench was Queen Elizabeth in that one. See what moocher means by leading you astray?

I don't know who to recommend. Nicole Kidman?

I'd recommend...errr...more Diane Lane. Or maybe some old school Kathleen Turner (like...1980s). Not that they're really that similar...but for some reason I'm imagining they are. Turner was in some very good stuff back in the day though.

Oh and definately check out Lane's Oscar snubbed performance in that perenial film classic Judge Dredd. Well, ok, maybe not.

Oh, I plan to watch everything she's been in. But I'm already having withdrawal symptoms just thinking about running out of films that she'd been in

BTW how do I get her fan address? There's an e-mail form but I'd like to write something in on paper.

Stalker

I guess when you say you like her you really mean it.

Why waste time writing her when she will never see it anyway. I know it makes people feel good to think their favorite stars read their fan mail although I am sure the big stars all have assistants who read and reply for them so why bother.
