Any Gameboy SP deals for those who have not purchased yet?

From the looks of it I may be the only person who has yet to pick up the new Gameboy SP. So far I have missed out on the release week deals (System + Game) and also missed out on the 10% off deal at Best Buy.

I originally planned on not getting one of these right away, but I just can't seem to wait any longer. However, as much as I hang out in the hot deals forum, I will feel like a total @$$ buying this now after missing out on all the deals from the past week.

Are there any current deals or upcoming deals that someone may know of for the Gameboy SP? I could really make use of this while sitting at the dealership getting my car serviced tomorrow.

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can still get a GBA SP w/ Zelda and guide for about $127 at Sam's Club. That's what I did.

Thanks Dave,

I don't have a Sam's Club card, but I'm sure one of my friends do. Any one know of any other deals or upcoming deals?

I dont know how much of a deal this is to you, or even if you have an old GBA, but in the latest Electronic Gaming Monthly(May, Issue #166) there is a coupon between pg 74 & 75 that will let you upgrade to the SP for $59.99 if you trade in your old Gameboy Advance at your local Electronics Boutique.

On the back of the card they just pretty much say the GBA must be in working condition, blah blah

expires 4/30/2003

The so-called coupon/voucher is just an advertising gimmick. You can just walk into any EB with an GBA and they'll give you $40 credit, no coupons necessary.

I haven't bought a hand-held systems since the days of the original Gameboy. Thanks for the heads up though.
