John Doe (3/21)
I'm not sure if it was cut short for everyone, but my Fox Affiliate cut to news coverage just after we see the small pox vial dropped, and came back after everything happened and he hugs the security lady. No clue what happened.
Lots of holes in the plot again tonight (how long was that phone cable anyways?)

They escaped from the handcuffs with a paper clip (lol). Turned out the small pox vial was just vanilla extract - he had no real smallpox. The bad guy did it just to get his hands on the smallpox vaccine which is what he really wanted from the whole setup - he could make a real smallpox virus from the vaccine or something. He gets it, but Doe figures it out and they capture him about to make a getaway on a big boat. Lots of details left out, but thats the basics.
I thought it was a really good episode.

It wasn't small pox..It was vanilla extract.
Turns out it was a ruse..the whole reinstatement/money. It was all about getting the CDC truck with the smallpox vaccine. He was going to sell it.
The phone call didn't bother me. What did was the liquid drano right next to the coffee maker..which, of course, is where liquid drano should be kept..

What a silly episode. I couldn't help but laugh how it was cut like a music video with the non-stop techno "tension" music dominating the episode. I was waiting for Doe to take his shoes off and don a sweat-stained wife-beater.
