What is the title of this movie?
I watched this horror movie a long long time ago, at least 16 years ago I believe. I don't even remember much about the story. But I just want to see it again. So, if anyone could help me here, I'd appreciate.
It's about zombies that came out during the night and ate up humans' brain. Then the humans whose brain was eaten would become zombies. So, the whole town was turned into a humans' nightmare.
That's all I can remember about it. But I remember there was a scene where a guy (still a human being) came down to a basement to search for the original zombie (the one that started the whole thing). I believe it's how he could defect the zombies.
Anyone knows the title of this movie?

If I had to guess based on your description... But, it could be any number of "zombie flicks" from the late 70's to early to mid 80's.

Were two of the heroes named Bert & Ernie?
Was there a sly mockery of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers?
If you answered "Yes" to one or more of the above questions, then the film is, indeed, Return Of The Living Dead.
If you answered "No", it still may be Return Of The Living Dead Part II or III.
