Gotta go with this one.......
Edie Brickell & New Bohemians:Shooting Rubberbands At The Stars - 1988
When it came out I thought it was so lame and boring and trying to be cool type of cover.
Still lame to me though

It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black.

I remember Spin Magazine gave Tin Machine the "Truth in Advertising" award for the cover of their second album, where they all appear as naked statutes. "Four dicks on the outside, four dicks on the inside".

White Album (Beatles) is famous, but the cover is really pretty lame... (IMHO of course)...

The story/decision behind it (drugs, alcohol, hair style, etc..) is probably pretty interesting though

Actually, the Beatles wanted to go the complete opposite direction of the "Sgt. Pepper" cover, i.e. get away from lavish expensive covers. "White Album" is a perfect solution to that...

Great album, horrible cover.

Worst Floyd cover ever...er Roger Waters solo album with Floyd backing him up cover ever...

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz lets be a little more boring shall we. Rush had nothing to do with this compliation, all record company baby.

Lame title, lame album, lame "sequel" to Unforgiven, even the cover is a re-hash.

Awesome album, and Scarfs (sp?) artwork on the inside is awesome, but come on Roger, we get the idea you are upset at life, could you have given us a better cover, I mean you go from Animals to a brick wall...wtf?

The worst album cover ever is the original cover of Blind Faith's album - they changed it for the cd remaster.

It was a picture of a naked teenaged girl holding a model airplaine - it just looked retarded.
