Need help naming an arcade game...
Alright, a long time ago there was this SWEET arcade game that my friends and I used to play ALL THE TIME. It wasn't even "that" long ago. Here are a few details I can remember:
It was like a battletech / tank game, where you choose 1 from several different vechicles. Each mech or tank had their own special weapons, armor score, speed score, etc. One special weapon that I recall had a controllable missle that when you fired, you took over and flew the thing wherever you wanted it to go.
There were 2 setups, one right next to the other, with speakers near the back of the seat to make the experience all the more exhilirating.
You controlled by using 2 joysticks, both at your sides, like a real tank. The special weapon was a red button on top of the joystick, machine guns were triggers, etc.
IT was black. The whole exterior of the game was black.
That's about all I can remember. I do know however that it isn't Virtual On. It wasn't a fighting game 1 on 1, but rather there were a ton of mechs that were out to get you, including the 2nd player.
Could someone please help me name this game?
