Are you gonna be included on all tracks?
Not on all, but on a good chunk of them, definetely. I played a lot of rhythm parts to the stuff - To me, it felt like a lot of the rhythm tracks seemed a little mechanical and just didn't have that kinda sleazy thing that GNR always had... Also, I was pretty much given a hundred guitar solos for each song to find the thing that's gonna work best - we made sure that every possibility was there.

How many tracks have you been working on?
I don't know... we've done so many songs and not all of them will be on the album. I don't wanna know too much about the album - I want to be surprised myself.

Hopefully this means, if the album ever comes to pass, we'll get some Buckethead in the mix.

I think China will actually drop communism and become a democratic state before this CD is actually released.

this albulm will never come out. just like Dr. Dre's The Detox albulm will most likely never see the light of day

perhaps we can stop the Chinese Democracy updates until the CD is actually coming out

besides that, the CD is going to be on of the worst of all time. even if its good, the years and years of hype aren't going to let it be good

I haven't seen any hype on this album. In fact the only place I see mention it is this forum. Anyway, it sounds like despite the hype your expectations are about as low as it gets, so it's bound to exceed those I'm sure =]

Considering several demos have been leaked and there are news bits about this from time to time, there is no reason to close this (or the previous) thread. We know its coming. Just because YOU don't care that it's coming, some people do.

Three new studio mixes have leaked: IRS, Chinese Democracy and The Blues. IRS is very similar to the one that leaked a while back but it's definitely a different mix.

I don't know if there's anyone left who cares anymore!
