I suppose. There's a second version with the front and back imgaes switched, so I can always change it if I feel like being more proper.

Evil Dead- Limited Ed. VHS, Elite LD, original dvd release, Special Edition Elite DVD.
Evil Dead 2- Normal VHS, Widescreen VHS, Blood Red Elite LD, Original AB dvd, LE Tin, normal special edition
Army of Darkness Original release dvd(July or August 98 release), Limited Edition 2 disc, R3 director's cut.
I think Evil Dead 2 is tied with Halloween with most copies i've ever owned.

yeah, but he holds the thing for a milli-second and didn't really get mad and kickass until II, not to mention there was no woman alive after he started kicking ass in I.

I think have the original Evil Dead 1 & 2 DVD releases (one of them is in one of those clear hard plastic cases) and AOD on laserdisc

I didn't make it. I modified the specs to be a 2-Disc set to house both the BotD and the Elite SE. Artur Meinild designed the actual cover. I used the word "made" generically in my original post - I should have said "printed" instead.

Yeah, Halloween still leads the pack by a mile for me. I've owned one version on (pre-recorded) Beta, 3 different VHS copies, the original non-anamorphic bare-bones DVD, the Anchor Bay LE 2-Disc DVD, the DiviMax 25th Anniversary Edition DVD, and - because of the botched transfer on the DiviMax and the fact that I'd already sold-off my LE by that time - the single-disc Anchor Bay DVD, and the single-disc Extended TV edition. No other film is even close.

What I've got plus some ED news:
Evil Dead: Elite version, Book of the Dead
Evil Dead 2: LE tin, Book of the Dead II
Evil Dead 3: 2 Disc LE, and R3 MGM edition (AWESOME picture quality)

News: Here's the latest is the EVIL DEAD DVD releases saga!!! (A bigger epic than even Star Wars.....)
From DAVIS DVD: http://www.davisdvd.com/news/news.html
The Evil Dead
One of our readers has written in to inform us of yet another impending future release of The Evil Dead. At a recent horror convention a few weeks ago, Anchor Bay Entertainment had a Q&A with the Ladies of the Evil Dead. During the discussion, it was revealed that the company plans on releasing an Evil Dead "Cabin Gift Set" that will include a small-scale model of the cabin, along with a limited edition DVD of the first film with an all-new documentary about the ladies. No other details, such as pricing or a street date, were disclosed.

I'll be different.

I only bought 1 of each believe it or not:

Evil Dead: Released by AB on March 5, 2002. It's the one with "The Evil Dead" printed on the cover in big letters outlined in a green hue.

Evil Dead 2 (SE): Released by AB on August 29, 2000. It's the one with the big Roman numeral "II" on the middle of the cover.

Army of Darkness: Released by AB on October 12, 1999. It has "Army of Darkness" printed diagonally on the cover...

I will double dip on the Evil Dead 1/2 Book of the Dead versions (with the rubber face cover) when I find the right price. And, of course, I'll be getting the matching Army of Darkness Book of the Dead edition when it comes out (you know it will).

There is also a possibility it "may not" come out since Anchorbay lost the rights for the Army of Darkness and its now under Universal.

Let's just cross our fingers that in the near future an Army of Darkness Book of the Dead is within our grasp!

Is something like this what you are looking for? These are all my AOD discs, with the singles of ED1 and 2 thrown in. The reason I have 2 2-disc limited editions in the photo is because both of them are signed by the man himself. My single disc limited edition is also signed by Bruce. If course I've got the action figure, signed book, etc..., but if you are just looking for a picture with all the R1 with the R3 here it is. If you were looking for the photo with all the editions of ED, I am still working on that. I thought I posted in the other thread I had all the versions of AOD, not ED trilogy. Sorry for the miscommunication. I guess we were both talking about two different things. In the meantime, here are all the AOD's.

Not a problem. Good luck in your quest to find them all. Seems like the prices fluctuate with the seasons . Now, if Anchor Bay or Universal could get the same print as MGM for R3, I would only need 1 disc. If you don't own the R3 (can't remember if you said you do), it is not expensive at all. Here's a ink for you. It is like night and day against the R1.

Both books of the dead 1 & 2.

Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn - Special Edition (non-tin version)

Army of Darkness - 81 Minute U.S. Theatrical Version - Remastered

So 4 total.
