Well I initially ordered the "New Adventures of Batman" complete season DVD on 8/4/07 but it was then later marked backordered and subsequently cancelled and I was sent an email with a $10 coupon because they lost all backordered items in their time period of confusion in September.
So I ordered it AGAIN with the coupon, but without being able to use a percent off code or get free shipping, it ended up costing about the same as if I had ordered it with my initial order of 25% off with free shipping.
The usual delay occurred, but I was finally sent the DVD a few weeks ago. Now, yesterday, I get an email from WHV telling me the same title has been delayed, but they will try to ship it "in the next 30 days." Why don't they realize they have ALREADY sent this to me? More importantly, are they going to CHARGE me for it again too? I would contact them to let them know and try to set them straight, but we all know how futile that can be.

I just received two items that were ordered back in August on a credit card that has long since been cancelled.
Does Warner make it a habit to send people DVDs without charging for them?

I just got shipping confirmation for a DVD I already received back in September. It appears they've mailed it again on 11/7 and included a tracking number this time.
I've yet to see a charge for the first shipment, but these bozos better not have billed me twice.

Nope, if it is like the one I received, they are just giving you a stupid email saying they finally shipped it.
Look up the tracking number, mine was actually the tracking of the disc from last month when they actually shipped it.

I'm just hoping their stupidity results in them giving a lot of us free DVDs either on purpose for atonement, or just because their billing center is as messed up as their distribution center.

I placed my order on 9/7. I ordered We are Marshall, Christmas Story, 2001, and Blade Runner. Marshall and Christmas Story shipped on 10/1. 2001 still hasn't shipped.
I called them about it last week and was supposed to receive an update via email. Never got one. Called yesterday and found out the lady I spoke to last week decided to put in a cancel request for my 2001 order. I asked the CSR to remove the request. We'll see. I'm not expecting anything for at least two weeks. I would cancel the rest of the order, but I figure I'll end receiving it anyway.

They will most likely charge your card. Just 3-4 weeks after you get your product.

I cancelled my order for SD Blade Runner because I recent bought a Hi Def DVD player. Instead of just cancelling the one item, they cancelled the entire order. I was very specific about only cancelling Blade Runner.

Wow. I canceled two items, and haven't received anything yet. But based on what you guys are seeing, I'll probably get them... I will never order from these yahoos again...

FINALLY received my HD-DVD of 2001 today. Amazingly, it was in a HUGE, smashed up box, so smashed that part of it was open... I thought it was empty, but found the disc safe and sound in the bottom.
I don't have a camera handy, but the box is 7.5" x 6" x 17". For one HD-DVD. Strange, huh?
Still, I'm glad I got it for such a great price. I will order from them again. They still have my Bladerunner pre-order.
