The List Thread goes up right before October 1. I believe Chad is referring to the Discussion Thread. I think this is actually last year's Feedback Thread. Hopefully I've kept everything straight.

I guess that's where our opinions differ. I believe that watching a movie includes watching it with the intended soundtrack. The commentary is an "extra" or a "special feature."

Again, just my opinion.

Question- The Friday the 13th Series tv show is due out on 9/23 which I will purchase for sure. Are those hour long shows going to be able to count as movies in the challenge?

No, unless you want to use your wildcards to watch them. TV shows don't count as movies.

Regarding the list:

I would like to suggest swapping dates for THE EXORCIST (October 11) and TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (October 17), as October 11 is Texas/OU weekend (which is when TCM 2 is set). Hook 'em Horns!

Also about the list, could we link Claw of Terror to the Youtube link of the first part to make it easier to find when the time comes?

That's Trevor's decision, once he lets me know it's alright by him I'll do it.

That I can do.

REMINDER: The "31 Films for 31 Days" List will be located on post 2 of the discussion thread. And when the list thread is posted, I'll include it there too alongside the 3 Wild Cards and the Checklist.

Sounds good/will do. I'm also going to move Dracula I think. Does anyone agree that Dracula 3 straight days to open things might be too much?

I'm for moving Dracula closer to the end of the month. You could move Suspiria to the 3rd and put Dracula on the 28th (or on the 29th and move Chad's yet-to-be-named movie to the 28th and have Dracula and Frankenstein back-to-back).

I just came across Fearnet on demand on my cable box. some pretty good movies to view..devils reject, 1000 corpses, a few of the afterdark horrorfest, 976-evil etc...they even have up 30 days of night: dust to dust. Which I just watched. its only 30 mins so i assumed it wouldnt count regradless but its worth a watch- starring Shawnee Smith. i think next month their line up will change..so stay tuned..

oh and here is the website if you dont alreaday know. 30 days of night: dust to dust is there too.

We just got that, too. High Def, even. Hopefully some good stuff will be on next month.

I think we've moved discussion over to the other thread.
