I used to do the restaurant on autopilot but now I keep track of what’s about to sell out and replace it with other expensive stuff.

Also note that you won’t need to fully upgrade staff members. Level 15/16 should suffice for a maximum. If you encounter problems then continue upgrading beyond that. There are also optimum builds,...

The boss battles are incredibly easy and are not the point of the game (unlike something like Cuphead). The reason for this is that your oxygen meter is still running, which is essentially a timer...
