^ I'm pretty sure the games install directly on the hardware so you can play offline without wifi. It would be a huge misstep if you always had to be connected for some reason.

Or is it only bad...

Since it's only targeting 1280x800, performance should actually be pretty decent... But if you're docking it to use on a TV, I can see how it might not perform nearly as well, but I think portable...

it's not the only place to buy PC games these days, but it's the leader with like 90% of the marketshare. Basically... if you buy PC games, they're more than likely going to be in your Steam library....
