The only extras I care about are solid commentaries by people who are INTERESTED and KNOWLEDGABLE regarding the feature -- and archive material: promotional materials, deleted scenes, stills.

I think the bonus features were (and still are) a draw for me (depending on what they are). Aside from owning the film or show, it's the only real factor that separates it from streaming.
