He was hoping for an extended version of it. The movie you just saw her unzip. In the trailer, you see a full body shot after the unzipping.

Both cuts are there.

I agree with your statement. It's a decent and way over the top action movie, but a bad Die Hard movie. That was the most frustrating aspect of it.

Alright I rented the Blu-Ray today. My local video store put it out early.

The extended cut runs about 101 minutes.

The theatrical cut runs about 98 minutes.

I just finished watching it and...

In the R rated version, she only had 2 really insignificant scenes and one scene with her audio on the phone.

Silly that they were dropped on the extended version.

Tyler Foster, one of the reviewers here, just tweeted that apparently all of Mary Elizabeth Winstead's scenes were dropped from the extended cut. He heard from a friend who saw the extended version.
