Personally, if i could swing it in the budget, in your scenario i would pay the extra 10$ to get a little faster speed. The majority of my gaming is online and the lag would eventually drive me mad.

If you aren't playing it on an HDTV then don't buy/rent Dead Rising. It wasn't designed with SDTV in mind so the text is illegible in standard.

PlayOn lets you stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, CNN (iirc), and ESPN. Give the trial a shot - it is free for like 60 days iirc.

I would also recommend checking out PlayOn. It has been great for streaming Netflix things not allowed on Live as well as Hulu.
