Another one I recommend if you want a bunch of XBLA games cheap is the Namco Museum Virtual Arcade. It costs a bit more ($20 on half.com)...

Are you looking for new or are you looking for cheap?

On the cheap you can get Dead Rising, Halo 3, Burnout Paradise, Kameo (since you liked Viva), Gears of War and the Orange Box to name a few.

I'd say it's still worth it just to keep drive usage at a minimum. That is, if you have the space.

Banjo-Kazooie had a similar issue. They mentioned a patch, but I don't recall the latest info on that.
