Yes. Everything I've read makes it sound like the actual game is lackluster. The broken saving system (yes, broken), no real loot (except for user generated content working around this), linear...

It sounds like the framework is great, but the actual game so far is quite lackluster. I'll wait this one out. I'm sure the user generated content will make it more interesting.

Wow, I didn't know that. Pretty weak. I'm definitely just going to hold off.

They mention they might add in a loot system in the future, although I can't see how doable that would be without...

The fact that there is no loot system really turns me off from being excited with this game. I'll probably pick it up eventually when it's on sale.
