As far as coupon purchases work, they can only allow one coupon per transaction. You can however, use the coupon as many times as you like as the registers have no current way of tracking the coupons...

I can confirm that the $5 off DVD coupon was able to work outside of the states specified on the coupon (used in North Carolina). Cashier took the coupon and it scanned just like any other.
