What makes you think that? The rumors were for last fall.... now still nothing and they'd rather release new DVD edition than HD version. Let's hope your right on this one! :|

Well, The Last Metro in Blu Ray already has a release date from Criterion; 24 March, 2009, so this one is confirmed :)
