I think I would wait to see if it is available to purchase later, and then, if it is, write them to ask why they lied to you. Then they would surely give it to you at the price you ordered it at.

Yeah, the Ella sets do not have the BMG label. The only set that I have gotten with the BMG label, that I recall, is the Queensryche "Revolution Calling" Box Set.
