I have a different problem. Disc 3 and 4 are the same. The text printed on the disc is different but the episodes are the same ones. Bought in Raleigh, NC going back today.

I use a little hobby iron from when I flew model...

I use a little hobby iron from when I flew model airplanes. Just heat the sticker up a bit and pull it off. Sometimes the glue is still on the box and I use some alcohol and rubbing to get it off...
