Yeah...this looks like it should have gone straight to streaming. That being said, the promise of seeing this with a rowdy crowd on opening night may help front load the movie.

He's the writer and director like his previous works, so there's a chance this is like his other stuff and the studio just wants to make it seem more mainstream.

Trailer did nothing for me but show that Netflix has the money to pump money into pretentious movies and get some rather big names to appear in them.

Caught this yesterday in IMAX and found it a little slow in the second half but overall very entertaining. The movie works as a nice little stand alone/ Expanded Universe story .
