Typically Best Buy is te only one who offers empty cases for preorders.

The E.T. Steelbook contains the movie. You do not have to purchase the blu ray too

i personally like my movies. I can add movies on my phone, and they will automatically update in my computer, or vice versa. I can also view my movies online.
