Here's a couple of custom covers I made for the complete V series, sized for the Alpha slim triple case (at least according to the dimensions on DVD Cover Art - my triple case order isn't here yet so...

Now that DVDCoverArt.com is back up you can get some nice templates from the help page. Note that these are at 300DPI, so you need to downconvert first before you paste your pieces in.
