This kind of shit happens way too much. We're all told the same BS "If you see something, say something" but whenever someone does say something, the authorities completely drop the ball. The asshole who was responsible for the mass shooting in Nova Scotia this past spring should have had red flags all over the place based on his behavior before the shootings, but nothing.

An ex-girlfriend, who was being taken in for a psych evaluation, said that he's building a bomb. The police visited the house and saw nothing suspicious. The police notified the FBI and they saw nothing suspicious. There was nothing to justify a search warrant. Lots of innocent people play with explosives; there are YouTube channels devoted to it. What should the police have done?
