Gas prices are increasing partially because of Russia/Ukraine, so if you think this is having a bad effect on you because of higher gas prices - imagine how Ukrainians feel.
ie. It's bad, just don't lose your shit over it.
I'd have a bigger problem with the meme if the two things weren't related at all.

It literally said not to complain about gas prices because at least you aren't getting bombed. Just a 21st century take on, "eat your liver... don't you know that there are poor people starving in China!?"
You can replace "instead of complaining about gas prices going up" with just about anything and feel morally superior about the complaint.

You have selfish tendencies. I have selfish tendencies. It's part of the human condition and if we don't fight against those tendencies, we fall to them. But yeah, let's punch down at the people who are affected by higher gas prices who don't have the power to change things. Oil company profits rose significantly this past year and the rise in gas prices are not a reflection of any scarcity caused by the invasion of Ukraine. I wouldn't be surprised if that meme was created by someone in the oil industry.

And the people complaining about the prices at the pumps certainly aren't blaming the oil companies as much as they are blaming Biden. Just pop over to the Fox News comment section and see how it's going.
So I haven't been vocally complaining about gas prices, even though they suck to have to pay. Because this is a larger issue than that and I hope I can continue to keep that kind of perspective. It's like complaining about wearing a mask while your neighbor is taking his last COVID-filled breath (which, shockingly, are the same people who are bitching about Biden and gas prices)

I thought Aaron Rupar tried to be humorous. Now he's just reporting the news of the GOP?

I take it his point is that that's all they have. For us normals, that rancid name evokes contempt and derision. For the cult it's a clarion call.

Not sure how much news this has been nationally, but the trucker convoy arrived in DC last week. Sort of. They're actually hanging out in Hagerstown, MD. Hagerstown is about an hour outside of DC, and culturally, it might as well be West Virginia. Every day, the truckers drive down to the beltway (I-495, which circles DC), do a few laps around it, then drive back to Hagerstown. Truly, they are courageous and brave.

You really have to admire the audacity of a guy driving a semi truck with FUCK JOE BIDEN emblazoned on the trailer getting offended when a teenaged girl in a Hyundai gives him the finger.
